Ghorepani-Poonhill Trek (Ghandruk Circuit) is the most intensely scenic short trek setting out from Pokhara. The trail heads north into the very heard of the Annapruna range following the short, steep Modi Khola. It is also a relatively easy and interesting trek, offering picturesque rural ethnic hamlets, forests of rhododendron and bamboo. Poonhill (3200m) is the high point of the trek, watching the mountains from here is probably a-must-do-thing of the whole trek !
